Billing, cancellations, and refunds
CareerBrio is provided by jrxsoftware for customers in the United States. Prices are in USD; applicable tax is shown before payment.
Premium
Premium costs $12 per month and renews automatically until canceled. It includes 2,000 credits per paid billing period and unlimited resume screenings, subject to the document limits and short request limits shown in the workspace. Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first Premium subscription payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable. A Premium refund ends Premium access, removes unused included Premium credits from your available balance, and stops future renewals. Separately purchased credits remain.
Credit packs
A pack costs $5 for 500 credits. Purchased credits do not expire and do not unlock Premium features. Credit packs are non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges.
Cancel your subscription
Use Manage billing in your account to cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Premium access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
Request a refund or billing help
Email jrxsoftware@gmail.com with your account email and receipt or invoice number. Send your first-payment refund request within 7 days of payment. Never send your full card number or security code. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank determines when they appear.
These policies do not limit refund rights required by applicable law.
