Information we process
We process your account email and authentication information; resume text, uploaded document contents, chat messages, and generated results; and subscription, payment reference, and credit usage records. We also process technical request and security information to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication and stored account and document data. Google Cloud and Vertex AI host services and process content for AI analysis. Stripe processes payments and billing details; our application does not store full payment card numbers. Where traffic monitoring is enabled, PostHog, Redis, and network-risk services support usage measurement, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Use, access, and retention
We use this information to deliver requested features, manage accounts and billing, provide support, and protect the service. Original uploaded files are discarded after parsing; extracted text and saved reports may remain in your workspace. Workshop profiles, conversations, draft questions, resume text, and job descriptions are saved to your account. Unsaved changes may be kept temporarily in the current browser tab to recover from a failed save. Access is restricted to your account and authorized service or administrative operations. We retain information needed to provide the service and meet security, billing, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can delete saved reports and role profiles in your workspace. Contact support to request account deletion or access to your information. Some billing or security records may need to be retained after deletion. Avoid uploading sensitive information that is unnecessary for resume assistance.
Authentication uses cookies or browser storage to maintain your session. The service and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
