Your account and documents

Keep your account credentials secure. Upload only content you have permission to use. You retain ownership of your documents and authorize us to process and store them to provide the service. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, or attempts to bypass access and usage limits.

AI assistance

AI feedback and generated text can be inaccurate. Review results before using them, and include only truthful information in your applications. Resume scores are editorial assessments, not hiring predictions. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, or other outcomes.

Purchases

Premium renews monthly until canceled. Prices, credit allowances, and limits are shown before purchase. Our billing and refund policy explains renewals, cancellation, credit packs, and refund eligibility. Taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

Availability and changes

Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Material changes to paid pricing or terms will be communicated before they apply to a future purchase or renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
