Useful details, buried in filler
I was responsible for helping the team with onboarding. I kept the checklist updated and arranged training sessions for new starters.
A direct description of the work
Supported new-starter onboarding by maintaining the checklist and coordinating training sessions.
Why it helps: The revised bullet starts with the contribution, keeps the two concrete tasks, and removes repeated wording. It does not invent a team size, an efficiency gain, or management responsibility.
A full rewrite should make your existing work easier to understand. It cannot supply evidence you never provided. Add a genuine outcome if you have one, and check that the wording still represents your role.

Questions before you rewrite
Can AI rewrite my resume for free?
CareerBrio provides a free initial resume screening, including feedback and an example improvement. A full document rewrite requires Premium and uses credits. You can start with the free review before deciding whether to upgrade.
Will the rewrite invent experience?
The tool is instructed to work from the information you provide. AI can still make mistakes, so read each change and remove unsupported statements. Keep original job titles and dates accurate, and include metrics only when you can verify them.
Does a rewrite guarantee interviews or pass every screening system?
No. The purpose is to improve the writing and presentation of your experience. CareerBrio feedback is not an employer's hiring decision or a validated prediction of a screening-system score.
